What Operating Systems does Rescheck Work on?

Today on the Reschexpert blog we want to discuss with you what versions of software that you can generate a Rescheck on. We are not the owners or updaters of the Rescheck Web and Rescheck Download softwares. We end users who follow updates and maintenance on the software and then try to help other users of the software free of charge by walking them trough the intricacies of the software on a daily basis.

Below is a list of the usable operating Systems for Rescheck Web and Rescheck Desktop.

What does this mean?

Windows users will need to currently have Windows 7 or Windows 10, or Windows 11. Either of these will work and you might be able to run an older version of Windows if you are tech savy, but why would you want to with all the new securing upgrades in newer Windows software you and your clients will be much better off running upgraded Windows software to create your Rescheck.

For Mac or Apple Users creating Reschecks your options are only online using Rescheck Web. For this you will need OSX.11, OSX.12, OSX.13, OSX.14, or OSX.15. Unfortunately many years ago the Department of Energy stopped support of Apple devices for Rescheck Desktop so this is not an option for Mac Users.

For Linux Users you only have one current option and you need to be using Ubuntu 16.04. Linux is also not supported for Rescheck Desktop, but tech savy users will probably be able to find a work around that would let them operate it.
