We have kept you up to date over the past few days about the maintenance period that DIY Resccheck creators were facing. The period where Rescheck Web and Comcheck Web have been taken down is upon us.

Here is what it means when Rescheck Web and Comcheck Web are down for scheduled maintenance:

• The softwares are typically not available for 12-18 hours. This particular outage has a 48 hour time window. That does not mean the Rescheck and Comcheck software will be down the entire time, but you should be prepared for a long outage.
• You can use a desktop version of the home energy audit softwares Rescheck Web and Comcheck Web. They do not have as many codes, but if you must create a Rescheck or Comcheck during this outage period this is the best possible solution.

• The software will be back with updates. Typcially, an update like this comes with some new bells and whistles within the software. Our plan is to analyze the changes and them present them to you on Reschexpert blog once we find them.
• This outage of the Rescheck and Comcheck creation softwares will not last forever and as soon as we see functionality return we will notify you via the Reschexpert blog.
