The Rescheck residential code definition typically consists of two parts. The first part of your rescheck is a calculation that compares all the components and systems of your home against the code and climate zone you will be building in. This is typically a pass or fail grade with a percentage given to show you how much you pass or fail your rescheck by. The second part is an inspection checklist that goes through all the materials listed in your calculations and gives your building inspector and building department an easy way to inspect your structure against the rescheck report once it is complete. The easiest way to obtain the calculations and report is to allow us to create it for you. We created a low cost, high quality, high customer service process that puts you first.
